About Us The principals of Triangle Corporate Services, LLC come from a diverse background of legal, corporate, banking and trust services in the U.S.V.I. and elsewhere. • DAVID A. BORNN: Is an attorney in the U.S.V.I. practicing since 1981 in the fields of domestic and international corporate and business law, business entity advice and formation, and real estate and trusts. He is a native-born Virgin Islander with deep roots and active involvement in the community. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the Territory, the federal U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. D'AMOUR: Is a partner in the St. Thomas law firm of Kevin F. D'Amour, P.C. Mr. D'Amour concentrates his practice in a wide range of cross border business transactions including corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and tax matters, particularly off-shore tax planning, maritime and aviation matters and foreign privatization. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and the U.S. Virgin Islands and to the High Court of New Delhi. WHITE: Is a former senior banker with Barclays Bank Plc with experience in Europe, North America, the Pacific and particularly the Caribbean region. More recently he has been a director of trust companies in the British Virgin Islands. M. VANTERPOOL: Serves as the liaison responsible for the formation
and maintenance of the current and potential corporations, partnerships
and trustees that includes the regulatory compliance of the clients
for Triangle Corporate Services. Prior to her affiliation with Triangle
Corporate Services, she was the executive assistant to the senior
partners of Consolidated National Corporation and research / client
service associate of Globalvest Management Company in St. Thomas
for four years. There she provided a comprehensive range of marketing,
financial and research related services to an affluent client base
